Amsterdam, 12 October 2026 – Momentum Leisure announces the appointment of Andreas Andersen as Chairman and Ronald Bobbe as a new member of its Supervisory Board, both effective July 2026. Andersen, who was already serving on the Board, takes on the role of Chairman. Together, the appointments strengthen the company's international leisure industry expertise, financial capabilities and corporate governance as Momentum Leisure continues to execute its growth strategy across Central and Eastern Europe.
International leisure expertise and strategic leadership
Andreas Andersen is CEO of Liseberg, one of Scandinavia's largest amusement parks and one of Europe's most renowned leisure destinations. Under his leadership, Liseberg has further strengthened its international reputation through a strong focus on innovation, guest experience, sustainability and operational excellence. Andersen also brings extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic development and international industry organizations.
As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, his international industry knowledge and strategic perspective will support Momentum Leisure's continued development and professionalization.
Strengthening financial expertise and governance
Ronald Bobbe brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, value creation and corporate governance. As a partner at Florijnz Corporate Finance, he has built a strong track record in advising shareholders and businesses on strategic decisions and transactions.
Alongside his executive career at BDO and Vion, Bobbe has extensive supervisory board experience, including his long-standing role on the Supervisory Board of Rabobank Eindhoven.
Supporting the next phase of growth
Momentum Leisure has established a strong presence in the Central and Eastern European leisure market, with Majaland parks in Kownaty, Warsaw and Gdańsk and a fourth park currently under development in Gliwice, Poland.
The combination of Andersen's international leisure industry expertise and Bobbe's financial and governance experience further strengthens the Supervisory Board, supporting the company's continued expansion and organizational development.
