Momentum Leisure has received the building permit for a new family amusement park in Gliwice, southern Poland. The park will be located next to the Europa Centralna retail park and will be our fourth location in Poland.
The new location is being developed on a site of approximately 5 hectares (see Q&A) and combines an indoor hall with urban theming with an outdoor area featuring roller coasters and other attractions. The opening is scheduled for mid-2027.
The park will be themed with well-known international brands, including Nickelodeon characters (such as SpongeBob SquarePants and PAW Patrol) and The Smurfs. Two roller coasters have already been purchased for the first phase from renowned manufacturers Zierer and Gerstlauer. One of these coasters will be built partly indoors and partly outdoors.
With the granting of the permit and the completed land purchase, an important step has been taken towards realization. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
